• Is HERO handicap accessible?

  Yes, we are accessible by elevator and stairs at rink level at Rockefeller center.


  This exhibit may contain flashing lights that may trigger photosensitive epilepsy. Discretion is advised when attending HERO.

• What if I am late to my ticket time slot?

  As long as you arrive during our normal operating hours and there is no pre-existing event, we will still honor your tickets. During our Wednesday and Friday Happy Hours (6-8 PM), the full BLOOM experience is always available. Check the Hero Programming page for other upcoming events and reach out to frontdesk@hero-nyc.com if you have questions about whether we are operating the full BLOOM experience. 

• Are there dining options around HERO?

  Rockefeller Center boasts a variety of dining options, from casual cafes to upscale restaurants. Whether you're craving a quick bite or a gourmet meal, you'll find something to satisfy your appetite within walking distance.

• Is there a gift shop where I can purchase souvenirs?

  No, there is not currently a gift shop at HERO.

• What kind of exhibits and activities can I expect?

  Prepare to be amazed by a variety of exhibits ranging from historic displays showcasing Rockefeller Center's rich history to cutting-edge virtual reality adventures that put you at the center of the action.

• How long does the typical visit last?

  The duration of your visit can vary based on your pace and interest in each exhibit. On average, visitors spend about 1 hour exploring all that the immersive experience has to offer.

• Are there any special events or workshops held at the immersive experience?

  Absolutely! Keep an eye out for special events, workshops, and guest speakers that are periodically hosted at the immersive experience. These events offer unique insights and hands-on activities for visitors.

• How can I purchase tickets?

  Tickets for HERO can be purchased online through our ticketing partner, Tixr. We also offer a limited number of tickets at the door. We recommend purchasing in advance, especially during peak times.

• Can I host a private event at HERO?
