In 2024, HERO brought WINTER WONDER to Rockefeller Center—a journey through the magic of the season. Guests boarded the HERO Express and traveled from Rockefeller to the Northern Lights, exploring sparkling snowscapes, dazzling light displays, and a multisensory winter world unlike anything they had experienced before.
An Immersive Holiday Experience in the Heart of the New York
This past holiday season, HERO brought an enchanting winter journey to life at Rockefeller Center—an immersive expedition from a hidden train station beneath Manhattan to the Northern Lights.
Guests traveled through snow-covered forests, enchanting ice caves, and the mesmerizing Aurora Borealis without ever leaving New York City.
Visitors boarded the Northern Lights Express for a guided adventure led by a charming train conductor. Along the way, they wrote wishes in a magical forest, explored crystalline caverns filled with arctic wildlife, bounced through a winter wonderland, and warmed up in a cozy mountain chalet with hot cocoa, winter treats, and festive cocktails.
The journey concluded with a breathtaking encounter with the Northern Lights, where guests viewed the dancing colors of the aurora borealis on a stunning digital canvas above.
