FORWARD__Space Makes Moves: Groove Your Way to Fitness

In February of 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting an unforgettable event that redefined the way we think about fitness classes. We partnered with FORWARD__Space, the legendary fitness class blending dance and cardio to experience something completely different.


A New Style of Fitness Class in Rockefeller Center

As attendees entered the venue, they were greeted by the pulsating beats of our carefully curated playlist. The air was filled with anticipation as participants prepared to dive into 50 minutes of nonstop, high-energy dance-based movements. From the first step onto the dance floor, it was clear that this was no ordinary workout – it was a celebration of movement in its purest form.

Led by Kristin Sudeikis, founder of FORWARD__Space, participants embarked on a journey that seamlessly blended cardio dance, athletic training, and moving meditation. With easy-to-follow choreography and infectious rhythms, everyone found their groove and danced with abandon. From beginners to seasoned dancers, each person embraced the challenge and reveled in the joy of movement.

But the experience was more than just a workout – it was a transformative journey of self-discovery. Amidst the intensity of the workout, there were moments of stillness and reflection. As participants connected with their bodies and minds, they found a sense of peace and clarity that transcended the physical.

And just when the class came to an end, the excitement continued with the (cozy) disco. Our venue transformed into a vibrant lounge where participants could relax, socialize, and revel in the euphoria of their accomplishment. With soft lighting and feel-good tunes, it was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate a night of dancing, sweating, and pure joy.

As the event came to a close, participants left feeling invigorated, inspired, and alive. It was a night to remember – a testament to the power of music, movement, and community. And as we look back on the experience, we're reminded that sometimes, the best workouts are the ones that leave you smiling, sweating, and craving more.
