The Macallan, in collaboration with MATTE, took over HERO for a three night affair, celebrating the release of the Harmony Collection. This event marked a significant milestone as The Macallan unveiled their groundbreaking partnership with Stella and Mary McCartney, showcasing their joint commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. The occasion also celebrated the launch of the innovative lifestyle accessory collection, Together, alongside the introduction of the exquisite Harmony III scotch.
The Macallan’s Exclusive NYC Event
The idea behind the exclusive event was to create a speakeasy experience like no other. With private invitations and specific timeframes for reservations, guests immediately felt the energy of being initiated into an allusive club. MATTE Projects designed the experience to bring the “if you know you know” attitude of old New York into the modern age.
The Harmony Hideaway Experience at HERO
Upon arrival, guests were greeted by an inviting amber door, signaling the start of their adventure. Beyond it awaited a sumptuous supper club experience, transporting attendees to the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands. Amidst tasteful nods to The Macallan's rich legacy, guests were treated to a mesmerizing light sequence in our signature immersive tunnel, reminiscent of stepping into another realm entirely.
Throughout the three-night event, guests were treated to exclusive reservation windows, each offering a unique culinary and entertainment experience. Premier Macallan bottles adorned the space alongside the McCartney sisters' accessory line, creating an ambiance of refined elegance and style.
The evening reached its crescendo with a captivating performance by Grammy award-winning Jazz legend, John Batiste, who regaled guests with a rousing set, leaving a lasting impression on all in attendance.
